The second meeting of business and political economy online club “Stolichnyi” was held in Moscow. The question of young people’s participation in business development was discussed. Dmitry Zezyulin proposed to reactivate Centers for Scientific and Technical Creativity of the Youth. In his opinion such centers should be given incentives and subsidies; this will lead to a revival of youth entrepreneurship in Moscow.
