The extended meeting of Committee on inventive, rationalization and patent and license activity of the Association “League to support Defense Industry Enterprises” was held in Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) on 17 December 2019
In order to boost inventive and patent and license activity in defense industry complex enterprises of the Russian Federation the Committee on inventive, rationalization and patent and license activity of the Association “League to support Defense Industry Enterprises” with the support of Federal Service for Intellectual Property and International Innovational Club “Archimedes” held the all-Russian meeting on “Inventive and patent and license activity as a key factor of diversification of defense industry complex production in the Russian Federation”.
The following issues were discussedduring the meeting:
inventive activity in defense industry enterprises;
establishment and work of Bureau of Inventive and Rationalization Activities;
establishing patent and license activity in defense industry enterprises;
patent system organization; record-keeping of results of intellectual activities
training activities for employees of enterprises;
creation of new products using the results of intellectual activities of enterprises;
development of Russian and international market entry strategy for new products and services;
participation of defense industry complex representatives in Russian and international exhibitions and other important issues.
At the beginning of the meeting the Head of Federal Service for Intellectual Property GrigoriyIvliev awarded Moscow inventor (the authorof more than 100 inventions) and a veteran of the Great Patriotic War Boris Balashov (born in 1922) with the order “For the good of Russia” and wished him good health and prosperity.

More than 200 representatives of defense industry enterprises from different regions of the Russian Federation took part in the meeting. The subject matter of the meeting is extremely relevant for the Russian defense complex.
