The 23rd international conference on the role of intellectual property in the scientific and technological development of society was held in the Russian Patent Office on 16-17 of October 2019. A round table devoted to the protection of intellectual rights abroad using global systems: advantages and problematic issues was organized during the conference. The round table was addressed by the President of the International Innovation Club “Archimedes” Dmitry Zezyulin.
