Moscow city organization VOIR and Committee on inventive, innovative and patent-licensing activity at Bureau Association “League of assistance to defense industry organisations” at International Military-technical forum “ARMY-2018”
On August 25th 2018 delegation of Moscow city organization VOIR and Committee on inventive, innovative and patent-licensing activity at Bureau Association “League of assistance to defense industry organisations” with an invitation of Service on intellectual property defense-technic cooperation and expertise on arms supplies and military equipment of Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation took part in a round table discussion as a part of Forum’s business program of International Military-technical Forum “ARMY-2018”. The topic of the round table was: Relevant issues of cooperation of Ministry of Defense with organisations of defense industry in the field of rights on intellectual property on the made under state order”.
The event took place on the base of congress-expo center of Military-patriotic park of culture and leisure of Armed forces of Russian Federation “Patriot” (Kubina, Moscow region) of Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation.
Program consisted out of 4 blocks:
Problematic situation in practice of cooperation of state customers and organisations of defense industry in the field of management of rights of the government for intellectual property while proceeding the state orders;
Fulfilling the state orders in the sense of conditions of allocation and fixation of the rights for intellectual property, got while R&D management as a part of state orders. Management of legal protection of intellectual property. Patent researches;
Issues of organization and management of inventory results of scientific technological activity at the organisations of defense industry and issues of management of state inventory of intellectual property;
The rules of license contracting on the usage of intellectual property as a part of military-technical cooperation and determination of the main conditions of licensing contracts.
In the discussion the following members of the Committee took part: Mazur Natalya – deputy director of department of pricing JSC “Concern VKO Almaz-Antey”; Sarantsev Vasiliy – director of patent-licensing service of JSC “Russian space systems”; Rogov Alexandr – deputy director of Phisics tehnical institute on innovative development; Shloido Gennadiy – member of Guild of organisations of high technologies and innovations of Moscow trade industrial chamber; Andrianov Yuriy – deputy rector on science of Volgatech University; Katkov Alekey – managing partner of juridical company “Katkov and partners”.
Also, presidium of Moscow city council VOIR and members of the Committee took the decision on organizing a round table on the topic: “Ways of cooperation between inventors and manufacturers of innovative products in order to strengthen the diversification of the production of defense industry organisations” in Sevastopol, 28th September 2018 at Nakhimov Black Sea Higher Naval School, Sevastopol.
Chairman of Moscow city organization VOIR, Dmitry Zezyulin was awarded with a diploma for the best presentation of “ARMY-2018”. Representatives of MCO VOIR and Committee proceeded the negotiations with exhibitors, strengthened the old contacts and found new partners.
