From 28 to 30 September 2016 in the city of Sevastopol was held the XIIth International salon of inventions and new technologies "New Time". The event is traditionally attended by a delegation of the Moscow city organization VOIR (MGO VOIR) and the International innovation club "Archimedes".
This year the salon "New Time" was held with the support of the Federal service for intellectual property (Moscow), the Government of Sevastopol, the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, all-Russian society of inventors and rationalizers, the Sevastopol regional organization of the all-Russian society of inventors and rationalizers, the Sevastopol Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Scientific School of Causality, the Center "AYUMEL" (Sevastopol), the Association "Russian house of international scientific and technical cooperation", the International innovation club "Archimedes" (Moscow), the World forum of researchers and inventors (Bucharest), the International Federation of inventors ' associations (IFIA).
The event was held in a warm atmosphere in the hall "Admiral" of the hotel Best Western. The exhibitors from different countries and 20 regions of the Russian Federation has demonstrated its latest development. In the International contest of youth innovations and developments were submitted 86 projects from 9 countries.
It is worth noting that in the framework of the salon an international creative team of innovators, enterprises and Russian organizations, with participation of creative youth of the Crimea and Sevastopol was created for the project of a new type of wind turbine. Such a serious result is a confirmation of increasing interest of the salon "New Time" on the territory of the Republic of Crimea.
Under the results of evaluation of the jury the projects of the members of the delegation of the International innovation club "Archimedes" ware awarded with high awards, namely 4 gold and one silver medal:
- "Modular polynomial evaluator of Boolean functions", authors Visnievski, A. K., Military Academy of Strategic missile forces named after Peter the Great of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation (silver medal);
- "Method of laser processing of non-metal plates", authors grooms, M. V., Sukhovey S. B., Kovalenko A. Military Academy of Strategic Missile forces named after Peter the Great of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation (gold medal);
- "Metal detector, heterodyne receiver with the use of enhanced discrimination," the authors Makarov D. V., Okan I. I., Kotov A. A., Klimov, I. V., Military Academy of Strategic Missile forces named after Peter the Great" of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation (silver medal);
- "Methods for producing shells with mesh corrugation on the inner surface and device for its implementation", authors Ivanov A. Yu., Korotkov V. A., Kukhar, V. D., Mitin O. N., Tregubov V. I., Yakovlev S. S.; Chudin V. N., Platonov V. I., Larin S. N., Sobolev, Y. A., Tula State University (gold medal).
Special prize of Romanian inventors forum handed to the Military Academy of Strategic Missile Forces named after Peter the Great of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation for the invention “Metal detector, heterodyne receiver system using high discrimination", developed by the authors D. V. Makarov, I. I. Okany, A. A. Kotov, I. V. Klimov.
Dmitry Zezyulin, the president of the Salon "Archimedes" was awarded with the diploma of honor for active work in the International jury of the Salon It is worth to emphasize the activity of Dmitry Zezyulin as chairman of the Moscow city organization of all-Russian society of inventors and rationalizers (MGO VOIR) and was awarded the sign "For active work in VOIR". The company "InnovExpo" gained gold medal of the Salon for an important contribution to the development of innovative and inventive activities, international technical and scientific cooperation.
A special cup of the International innovation club "Archimedes" in the nomination "Innovative potential of youth" was presented to Crimean gymnasium-boarding school for gifted children" to the deputy director Vladimir Marchenko.
