On the 23th of June in the courtroom of Rospatent was held a joint meeting of the scientific-technical Council of the Federal service for intellectual property (Rospatent) and FIPS and Presidium of all-Russian society of inventors and rationalizers (VOIR), dedicated to the Day of inventor and rationalizers. The meeting was held in a warm and festive atmosphere. In the opening speech of the head of the Rospatent Grigoriy Ivliev had noted that the inventive activity in Russia had strengthen, the level of education in the field is growing qualitatively and quantitatively.
The Moscow international Salon of inventions and innovation technologies "Archimedes" makes a significant contribution to revive of a powerful inventive Russian potential, which this year became the main intellectual platform for all inventors, innovators, innovators. In the beginning of the meeting a bilateral agreement on cooperation between the Federal service for intellectual property and the all-Russian society of inventors and rationalizers was signed. The signing of this agreement will allow on a regular basis to implement a number of important measures to be exact: to give the methodological assistance to organizations VOIR in the creation, legal protection and use of results of the intellectual activity; to develop a common information space in the sphere of inventive, patent-licensing and innovative activity; to organize and conduct thematic conferences and exhibitions; to increase the level of professional training of specialists in the sphere of intellectual activity results etc.
Such mutually beneficial and sustainable cooperation contributes to the promotion of inventive and rationalization activities in a particular enterprise and in the whole economy. The event have been attended by representatives of the inventive community of the city of Moscow: JSC "Russian space systems", Federal state unitary enterprise " TSNIIMASH", State research center of Russian Federation Federal state unitary enterprise "TSNIICHM", JSC Research Center of Construction, Lyulka design bureau PJSC UMPO subsidiary, JSC "Technopark Slava", Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Moscow State University of Technology „STANKIN“, Poligon-PRO “Meschanskiy”.
The final issue on the agenda was the awarding of the authors of innovative projects and experts in the field of intellectual property. In connection with the Inventor’s Day the partners of the Salon "Archimedes" (JSC "Russian space systems", Bureau PJSC UMPO subsidiary, JSC "Technopark Slava", Bauman Moscow State Technical University) have been awarded with a special award of the Union of inventors of Morocco. For his merits in the field of protection and use of results of intellectual properties, effective pedagogical activity has been awarded with the diploma of the Rospatent Sosenushkin Evgeny, doctor of the technical sciences, department of the "Systems of plastic deformation", Moscow State University of Technology „STANKIN”.
